First test event for Military World Games held in Wuhan

WUHAN, April 10 (Xinhua) -- The first test event for the 7th Military World Games was held on Wednesday with the 2019 U17 China International Wrestling Championships kicked off in central China's Wuhan city.

The five-day championships has attracted 615 athletes from 45 teams in freestyle, Greco-Roman style and women wrestling.

The first test event was held in Wuhan Vocational College of Software and Engineering, one of the venues for the quadrennial Military World Games, which will run from October 18 to 27 in Wuhan, Hubei Province.

For the Games, a total of 38 test events will be conducted through all the venues from April to September. Enditem
