SHANGHAI, April 19 (Xinhua) -- Crude oil futures opened higher Friday on the Shanghai International Energy Exchange.
The most active crude oil contract for June delivery was up 1.5 yuan (about 22 U.S. cents) to open at 475.5 yuan a barrel.
