NANCHANG, April 20 (Xinhua) -- A court in east China's Jiangxi Province has sentenced three men to two years and four months for tomb raiding.
The men, in their 30s, looted the tombs near the Marquis of Haihun relics site for more than three months, only to find some ceramic pieces.
They have damaged the relic site, where the tombs are located, and its historical value, according to the court.
Located near the city of Nanchang, capital of the province, the Marquis of Haihun relic site dates back to the Western Han Dynasty (202 B.C. - 8 A.D.). Enditem
