SHANGHAI, May 17 (Xinhua) -- Crude oil futures opened higher Friday on the Shanghai International Energy Exchange.
The most active crude oil contract for June delivery was up 7.8 yuan (about 1.1 U.S. dollars) to open at 512.4 yuan a barrel.
China launched the crude oil futures trading, which is open to overseas investors, in March 2018. Enditem
