The Very Hungry Caterpillar Show

Date: June 12-16

Place: Sea World Culture and Arts Center


The Very Hungry Caterpillar Show created by Jonathan Rockefeller features a menagerie of 75 lovable puppets. The production is adapted from the story of the same name by acclaimed author and illustrator Eric Carle, which has sold more than 48 million copies worldwide and fascinated generations of readers since it was first published in 1969.

The Night of Russia: Shenzhen Symphony Orchestra

Date: June 14

Time: 8 p.m.

Place: Shenzhen Concert Hall


Shenzhen Symphony Orchestra will present the masterpieces by Russian composers Mussorgsky and Rachmaninoff at the concert, which will be conducted by David Wroe. The concert will begin with Mussorgsky's "Night on Bald Mountain," followed by Rachmaninoff's "Piano Concerto No.2 in C Minor, Op. 18" and "Symphony No.3 in A Minor, Op. 44."

Swan Lake by Children's Ballet of Kiev

Place: Shenzhen Poly Theatre
