BEIJING, June 22 (Xinhua) -- With the clutch goal from Brazilian midfielder Renato Augusto, Beijing Guoan became the half-season champions of the Chinese Super League (CSL) by beating Guangzhou R&F 3-2 in the 14th round here on Saturday.

Wang Ziming broke the deadlock for the hosts six minutes into the match, before Israeli striker Eran Zahavi struck twice for Guangzhou R&F in the 22nd and 36th minute for a 2-1 lead into the second half.

Guoan captain Yu Dabao made the equalizer in the 54th minute, his fourth CSL goal of the season. And the winner came at the last minute when Augusto scored from outside the box.

In Shanghai, defending champions Shanghai SIPG beat Beijing Renhe 3-0 at home as Brazilian midfielder Oscar dos Santos Emboaba Junior netted the opener in the 55th minute, Li Shenglong added the second 10 minutes later and Elkeson de Oliveira Cardoso sealed the win in the 69th minute.

Elsewhere, Guangzhou Evergrande beat Hebei China Fortune 2-1, Tianjin Taida downed Shandong Luneng 2-1 and Henan Jianye defeated Shenzhen 1-0. Enditem
