BEIJING, July 6 (Xinhua) -- With Jonathan Viera Ramos scoring twice, Beijing Guoan sealed a 3-0 win over Wuhan Zall on Saturday's 16th round of Chinese Super League (CSL), moving two points clear at the top of the league.

The home team could have broken the deadlock right after the match kicked off. Renato Augusto's long-range shot went wide in the second minute, but the Brazilian midfielder crossed for Jonathan Viera Ramos who got off the mark with a low power shot in the 14th minute.

Guoan had a glut of chances to enlarge the advantage throughout the first half. In the 25th minute, Viera contributed a fabulous forward pass to Zhang Xizhe, whose volley was saved by Wuhan's goalkeeper Dong Chunyu. Eleven minutes later Wang Ziming's header hit the crossbar, and Augusto's free kick was blocked by the defense wall before the half time whistle.

Augusto added a second goal for the home team from a penalty kick in the 58th minute and Viera compounded the visitors' misery with a chip shot on 75 minutes.

The victory moved Guoan back to the top of the table after Guangzhou Evergrande led the league for only one day.

Shanghai SIPG beat Shanghai Greenland Shenhua 3-1, extending their winning streak to 3 games.

Giovanni Moreno and Shi Ke collided and both fell in SIPG's penalty area, but the referee didn't signal for a penalty kick. Nine minutes later Givanildo Vieira de Sousa, known as Hulk, found the left corner of the net off a forward pass from Oscar dos Santos Emboaba Junior. It was also Oscar who made a goal from a free kick in the 43rd minute, but the referee disallowed it after viewing VAR.

Hulk enlarged his team's advantage to two with a header in the 62nd minute, but 2 minutes later the Greenland pulled one back thanks to an own goal from He Guan. The defending champions sealed the victory after Wang Shenchao made another goal in the 66th minute.

Elsewhere on Saturday, Chongqing SWM won over Guangzhou R&F 4-2. Enditem
