WUHAN, July 11 (Xinhua) -- Police in Wuhan, central China's Hubei Province, have seized 2 kg of drugs packed in a thermos flask.

The flask belongs to a suspect surnamed Jiang, who managed to carry it on to a flight from southwest China's Yunnan Province but was soon arrested after landing in Wuhan airport on Wednesday night.

Police found a "quite heavy" thermos cup in Jiang's luggage, which was filled with ketamine powder.

Jiang confessed that he was awarded 50,000 yuan (7,281 U.S. dollars) by a dealer to carry the drugs to Wuhan.

The suspect is currently under criminal detention, and the case is under further investigation. Enditem
