SHANGHAI, July 15 (Xinhua) -- Crude oil futures opened lower Monday on the Shanghai International Energy Exchange.
The most active crude oil contract for August delivery was down 3.1 yuan (about 45 U.S. cents) to open at 455.1 yuan a barrel.
