SHANGHAI, July 19 (Xinhua) -- Crude oil futures opened lower Friday in daytime trading on the Shanghai International Energy Exchange.
The most active crude oil contract for September delivery was down 11.1 yuan (1.62 U.S. dollars) to open at 429 yuan a barrel.
China launched the crude oil futures trading, which is open to overseas investors, in March 2018. Enditem
