BEIJING, July 20 (Xinhua) -- The following is a list of major shows, concerts, exhibitions and events in China Sunday, July 21:

-- NCPA International Ballet Gala

Location: National Center for the Performing Arts, Beijing

Time: 6:30 p.m.

After the fifth Beijing International Ballet and Choreography Competition wrapped up on Friday evening, top global ballet stars and up-and-coming young dancers will bid farewell to Beijing audience with unique neo-classical and modern dances in addition to classical pas de deux.

-- Drama "Othello"

Location: Great Theater of China, Shanghai

Time: 7:30 p.m.

William Shakespeare's "Othello" will be staged at the Great Theater of China in Shanghai.

Artists with the English Touring Theatre (ETT) will bring audiences this unnerving tragedy comprised of paranoia and betrayal. Founded in 1993, ETT is the United Kindom's first producer-led touring company. Having brought their works to renowned theaters including the Old Vic in London, ETT has built up its reputation and won the praise of spectators.

-- Scenic on-water performance "Enduring Memories of Hangzhou"

Location: the West Lake, Hangzhou

Time: 7:45 p.m.

"Enduring Memories of Hangzhou," formerly called "Impression of the West Lake," is a large on-water live-action performance adapted from a performance displayed during the 2016 G20 Summit in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province.

Featuring a symphony orchestra and dazzling natural night scenes, the show aims to bring the beauty of Chinese culture to a wider audience. Enditem
