SHANGHAI, July 22 (Xinhua) -- Crude oil futures opened higher Monday on the Shanghai International Energy Exchange.
The most active crude oil contract for September delivery jumped up 3.1 yuan (45 U.S. cents) to open at 431.8 yuan a barrel.
