Sarri expects Juventus to make progress in every game

NANJING, July 23 (Xinhua) -- Juventus head coach Maurizio Sarri expected his side to bounce back in the highly-anticipated International Champions Cup match against Inter Milan after the Bianconeri lost to Tottenham Hotspur in Singapore.

The game set to kick off on Wednesday in Nanjing Olympic Stadium, the former Chelsea manager said it was a game of "great importance".

"It's the Derby d'Italia and will be a difficult match for both sides under such a humid weather condition, I hope that my team can make progress in every match," he said.

Sarri, who was newly-appointed by the Serie A giants, disclosed Cristiano Ronaldo will be the left winger under his tactic system.

"Cristiano will be the left winger, but he likes cutting inside, so he will showcase his ability."

Goalkeeper Wojciech Szczesny insisted veteran Gianluigi Buffon's return would bring good effect to the defending champion.
