SANAA -- Yemen's Houthi rebel group claimed that it fired 10 missiles toward Saudi Arabia's Jizan airport on Sunday evening, the group's military spokesman said.

A salvo of 10 Badr-1 ballistic missiles were launched toward Jizan Regional Airport, said Yahya Sarea in a brief statement published by the Houthi-affiliated Masirah television network. (Yemen-Missile Attack)

JERUSALEM -- Militants from the Gaza Strip fired three rockets on Sunday night toward southern Israel, one of which exploded inside Israel , the Israeli army said.

BEIRUT -- The Lebanese Hezbollah chief Hassan Nasrallah warned on Sunday that his fighters will bring down any Israeli drone that violates Lebanese airspace, local TV Channel Al Manar reported.

"Since the Israeli war against Lebanon in 2006, we managed to avert drones that enter Lebanon's skies. We did so because we did not want to be accused of impacting Lebanon's economy and tourism," said Nasrallah in a televised speech. (Lebanon-Israel-Hezbollah)

KHARTOUM -- Sudanese police on Sunday announced that 17 people were killed in clashes between two tribes in Port-Sudan city in eastern Sudan.
