SHANGHAI, Sept. 24 (Xinhua) -- Crude oil futures closed lower Tuesday in daytime trading on the Shanghai International Energy Exchange.
The most active crude oil contract for November delivery was down 4.3 yuan (about 61 U.S. cents) to close at 462 yuan a barrel.
The total trading volume for 8 listed crude oil futures contracts on the exchange was 211,768 lots, with a turnover of about 98.28 billion yuan.
