SHANGHAI, Oct. 9 (Xinhua) -- Crude oil futures opened higher Wednesday in daytime trading on the Shanghai International Energy Exchange.
The most active crude oil contract for November delivery was up 18.8 yuan (about 2.66 U.S. dollars) to open at 456 yuan a barrel.
