TEHRAN -- Iranian President Hassan Rouhani said on Tuesday that the United States has committed "crime" by imposing sanctions against Iran, official IRNA news agency reported.

RAMALLAH -- The Palestinian government announced on Tuesday that a committee has been formed to investigate the impact of the Israeli cellphone towers built in the West Bank.

A government statement said the committee will work on "documenting the violations" of Israeli cellphone towers in the West Bank and assessing "its impact," in order to enact resolutions of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) relevant to Palestine's control over its resources. DUBAI -- Chinese tourists in Dubai can enjoy instant VAT refunds at Dubai Airports through "We Tax Refund," a WeChat mini program launched by the Chinese tech giant Tencent, official WAM news agency reported Tuesday.

ADEN, Yemen -- Yemen's Houthi rebels intensified their attacks against areas controlled by the pro-government forces in the country's southern part on Tuesday evening, a military official told Xinhua.
