SHANGHAI, Oct. 17 (Xinhua) -- Crude oil futures opened lower Thursday in daytime trading on the Shanghai International Energy Exchange.
The most active crude oil contract for November 2019 delivery dropped 12.3 yuan (about 1.74 U.S. dollars) to open at 453.1 yuan a barrel.
