SHANGHAI, Oct. 21 (Xinhua) -- Crude oil futures opened higher Monday in daytime trading on the Shanghai International Energy Exchange.
The most active crude oil contract for December delivery was up 1.6 yuan (about 23 U.S. cents) to open at 446.5 yuan a barrel.
