Outdoor gardens of horticulture expo park reopened to public

BEIJING, Oct. 21 (Xinhua) -- The outdoor gardens of the Beijing International Horticultural Exhibition that closed on Oct. 9 was reopened to public on Monday, the organizers said.

The ticket price is 20 yuan (about 2.83 U.S. dollars). Children under six years old, people with disabilities, senior citizens at 60 yeas old or above, and soldiers will have free admission, while teenagers between six and 18 years old and college students will pay 10 yuan for the tickets, according to the Beijing International Horticultural Exhibition Coordination Bureau.

The expo park is open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. every day, and ticket sales will stop at 3 p.m. Visitors can purchase tickets at gate 6 and gate 4, said the bureau.

Located in the suburban district of Yanqing, the Beijing horticultural expo received about 9.34 million visitors since it opened on April 28. Enditem
