BEIJING, Oct. 30 (Xinhua) -- The Communist Youth League of China (CYLC) has been helping thousands of young freelancers and independent artists with their careers over the past two years, said the Central Committee of the CYLC.

According to a statement from the committee, the CYLC across the country has organized over 940 activities and events for the country's young freelance writers and painters and independent film producers, actors and musicians since 2017.

The CYLC at all levels has been offering professional training, career advice and business opportunities and established 300 more talent incubation offices, affecting 790,000 young artists.

Some 12,000 young artists have been also invited to various volunteering and charity events since 2018, said the CYLC. Enditem
