BEIJING, Nov. 17 (Xinhua) -- The following is a list of major shows, concerts, exhibitions and events in China for Monday:

-- Concert of Britten Sinfonia

Time: 7:30 p.m.

Location: Shanghai Grand Theater

Just over 25 years ago, Britten Sinfonia was established as a bold re-imagining of the conventional image of an orchestra. A flexible ensemble comprising the UK's leading soloists and chamber musicians came together with a unique vision: to collapse the boundaries between old and new music, and to create involving, intelligent music events that both audiences and performers experience with an unusual intensity.

Collaborating with pianist Benjamin Grosvenor and violinist Thomas Gould, the orchestra will perform the works of Bach and Mozart.

-- Musical "Dynamic Yunnan"

Time: 8:00 p.m.

Location: Yunnan Art Theater, Kunming

Choreographed and performed by famous Chinese dancer Yang Liping, the original ethnic dance musical showcases different types of dances showing the features of ethnic minorities in Yunnan Province.

Since its debut in 2003, the show has been staged more than 3,000 times in 48 Chinese cities and many overseas countries and regions, including Japan, the United States and Brazil.

-- Live-action show "Enduring Memories of Hangzhou"

Time: 7:30 p.m.

Location: No. 86 Beishan Rd, West Lake District, Hangzhou

Set on the water of the West Lake, the live-action performance is more like a concert integrating China's best-known classical and folk music with violin concerto, symphony and popular music.

With the arts of dance and visual effects aligning with the music, the show demonstrates the profound and charming Chinese culture.

Directed by Zhang Yimou, it was originally performed at the G20 Hangzhou Summit in east China's Zhejiang Province in 2016. Enditem
