BEIRUT -- Lebanese economists warned that Lebanon's economy is going onto a dangerous path due to the delay in forming a new government capable of restoring confidence in the country.

BAGHDAD -- Two rockets on Sunday hit the heavily guarded Green Zone in central Baghdad, wounding a civilian, an Iraqi interior ministry source told Xinhua.

The attack occurred in the evening when one of the rockets landed on a building housing a telecommunications company in al-Karrada district on the eastern bank of the Tigris River, opposite to the Green Zone which houses embassies and some of the main Iraqi government offices, the source said on condition of anonymity. ALGIERS -- The campaign for the presidential election in Algeria kicked off on Sunday as five candidates are racing to be elected for the post on Dec. 12.
