SANAA/RIYADH -- Yemen's Houthi rebels on Monday said they will release captured vessel if it belongs to South Korea, but after legal procedures.

"Our forces are inspecting the seized ship to make sure if it belongs to the countries of aggression (Saudi-led coalition) or to South Korea ... we will release the ship along with its crew if it belongs to South Korea," Mohammed Ali al-Houthi, head of the Houthi revolutionary committee, said on Twitter. TRIPOLI -- A total of seven people were killed on Monday by an airstrike that hit a factory in south of the Libyan capital Tripoli, according to the Health Ministry's field medical department.

"On Monday, Al-Sunbulah biscuit factory in Wadi Al-Rabie area was hit by an airstrike that killed seven people, among whom are two Libyans and five foreign workers," the department said in a statement. (Tripoli-Airstrike)

ANKARA -- Turkish and Russian troops held the eighth round of joint patrol in northern Syria under a deal reached last month for withdrawal of Syrian Kurdish fighters, said Turkey's Defense Ministry on Monday.

"Turkish and Russian units completed their eighth joint land patrol according to plan with the participation of UAVs in the east of the Euphrates. In the Ayn al-Arab region, where the land patrol was conducted, UAVs also took part and were accompanied by four vehicles from each side totalling eight," said a written statement by the ministry. JERUSALEM -- An Israeli communications satellite Amos 17 launched in August from Florida, U.S., has reached its orbital space point, Spacecom, the company that operates the satellite, announced on Monday.

According to the Israeli company, based in the central city of Ramat Gan, the satellite has successfully completed all necessary tests and will begin its commercial operations within days. (Israel-Satellite) Enditem
