TIANJIN, Dec. 4 (Xinhua) -- Jason Thompson got a double-double with the game-high 29 points and 12 rebounds, helping Beijing Royal Fighters beat Tianjin Pioneers 105-90 here on Wednesday in the Chinese Basketball Association (CBA) league.

Tied at halftime, Beijing put the game away with a 32-15 run in the third quarter and finally won two straights in CBA.

"Thompson is very aggressive tonight and he played the way we wanted him to," said Stephon Marbury, the caoch of Beijing Royal Fighter.

Beijing had six double figures in the game. Shi Deshuai scored a team-high 22 points for Tianjin and his teammate Marko Todorovic contributed 18 points and 14 rebounds in his first game back.

Tianjin suffered a four-game losing streak and they will play against Zhejiang Lions on Friday. Enditem.
