BEIJING, Dec. 7 (Xinhua) -- The following is a list of major shows, concerts, exhibitions and events in China for Sunday:

-- Anne-Sophie Mutter Chamber Music Concert

Time: 7:30 p.m.

Location: National Center for the Performing Arts, Beijing

Anne-Sophie Mutter, a renowned German violinist, has been dedicated to bringing audiences the sensuality of string through classical music and providing support for young musicians by establishing foundations over the past four decades.

Along with other musicians, Mutter will perform three of Beethoven's works, namely "String Trio No.3 in C Minor, Op.9," "String Quartet in E-flat Major, Op.74, 'Harp'," and "String Trio No.1 in E-flat Major, Op.3" at the concert.

-- Comedy "Nautilus"

Time: 2:30 p.m.

Location: Shanghai Grand Theater, Shanghai

Critically acclaimed, award-winning Gaulier-trained clown, Trygve Wakenshaw presents his stream-of-consciousness idiocy in Nautilus.

The comedy is the third and final instalment in the Underwater Trilogy of solo-shows with aquatic titles. For 75 minutes, the artist's long-limbed body shape-shifts into a multitude of characters, scenarios and jokes at a finger-snapping pace.

-- Play "A Doll's House"

Time: 7:30 p.m.

Location: The Capital Theater, Beijing

"A Doll's House," a play by Norwegian playwright Henrik Ibsen, tells the story of Nora and her husband Torvald Helmer, a bank manager. As the story unfolds, Nora gradually realizes her position as a doll owned by her husband and fights for her independence. Enditem
