LES DIABLERETS, Switzerland, Jan. 12 (Xinhua) -- Lausanne 2020 Winter Youth Olympic Games' first gold medallist Amelie Klopfenstein continued her medal harvest to triumph in women's Giant Slalom here on Sunday.

Klopfenstein won women's Super-G, in which came the the Winter YOG's first gold, on Friday and took the bronze in Saturday's Alpine Comined slalom event.

Finishing on fifth and second place respectively, Klopfenstein was neither the fastest in first and second run.

However, her overall result has a 0.14 seconds advantage than Rosa Pohjolainen, the silver medalist and the first run's best.

Pohjolainen dropped to the sixth place in her second attempt, with which she missed the champion.

0.01 second slower than Pohjolainen, Amanda Salzgeber, the Alpine Combined Slalom event's gold winner, took the third place in GS.

Klopfenstein was not among the Switzerland Alpine Skiing team for Winter YOG until she was recruit to replace a injured skiier almost only a week before the game's opening.

"Just a few weeks ago I was a reserve and now it's incredible. I would not have believed it was possible," said the double gold winner when she finished the Super-G race. Enditem
