SHANGHAI, Jan. 13 (Xinhua) -- Crude oil futures closed lower Monday in daytime trading on the Shanghai International Energy Exchange.
The most active crude oil contract for March delivery was down 2.2 yuan (about 32 U.S. cents) to close at 476.9 yuan a barrel.
The total trading volume for 12 listed crude oil futures contracts on the exchange was 88,992 lots, with a turnover of about 42.5 billion yuan.
