BEIJING, Jan. 14 (Xinhua) -- "Watchers," a Chinese film based on six real stories that took place in China's Tibetan-inhabited regions, is scheduled for screening on Jan. 15.
Filmed at Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture of Garze in southwest China's Sichuan Province and starring post-90s Tibetan actors, the movie depicts the story of a Tibetan family guarding the borders against illegal invaders and poachers.
The film has pocketed over 506,000 yuan (about 73,382 U.S. dollars) in presales, according to the major Chinese film database Maoyan. Enditem
