HANGZHOU, Jan. 21 (Xinhua) -- The Zhejiang Lions came from behind to secure their third straight Chinese Basketball Association (CBA) win, beating the Nanjing Monkey Kings 132-106 at home here on Tuesday.

Dezmine Wells scored a team-high 31 points, while center Hu Jinqiu finished double-double with 26 points and 12 rebounds. Sun Minghui added 17 points, a game-high 13 assists and eight steals for Zhejiang.

Joseph Young led Nanjing with a game-high 43 points, while Guerschon Yabusele and Qiao Wenhan contributed 16 points respectively.

"We played very well in the first half, but our defense in the third quarter was terrible, which was why we lost the game," rued Nanjing coach Cui Wanjun after the game.

The visitors led 58-51 at half-time, but failed to take advantage of three international players on court in the third quarter to extend their lead.

Zhejiang successfully turned the tables after Wells made both free throws to make it 85-83 going into the last period.

After Zhejiang stormed to an 13-4 run early in the fourth quarter, the visitors suffered the worst as their international player Yabusele was fouled out. The hosts continued to increase their advantage and easily sealed the win.

"This was the last game before the Spring Festival, so we were very happy to win. Thanks to the fans for supporting us," Zhejiang coach Li Chunjiang said.

Zhejiang's win sees them climb to fifth, while Nanjing remain in 12th place. Enditem
