SHANGHAI, Feb. 19 (Xinhua) -- Gold futures closed higher Wednesday in daytime trading on the Shanghai Futures Exchange.
The most active gold contract for June delivery was up 4.62 yuan (about 66 U.S. cents) to close at 364.06 yuan a gram.
The total trading volume for eight listed gold futures contracts on the exchange was 95,708 lots, with a turnover of about 34.9 billion yuan.
