SHANGHAI, Feb. 24 (Xinhua) -- Crude oil futures closed lower Monday in daytime trading on the Shanghai International Energy Exchange.
The most active crude oil contract for April delivery was down 16.4 yuan (about 2.33 U.S. dollars) to close at 400.2 yuan a barrel.
The total trading volume for 13 listed crude oil futures contracts on the exchange was 42,750 lots, with a turnover of about 17.21 billion yuan.
