NANJING, Feb. 28 (Xinhua) -- Italian Serie A outfit Inter Milan has announced plans to launch an intellectual property (IP) authorization business in March.
Bought by Chinese retail giant Suning in 2016, Inter aims to authorize its IP in fields from projects like sports towns and themed hotels, to products such as casual clothing, accessories and home furnishings, the club said.
Inter also noted that it would provide authorized partners with international design capabilities and sales channel support through Suning's e-commerce platforms and offline stores.
The announcement comes with Inter currently embroiled in a trademark dispute with Major League Soccer over the title of its newest team, Inter Miami. Enditem
