DUBAI -- The United Arab Emirates (UAE) announced 102 new COVID-19 cases and one death case on Sunday, bringing the total number of confirmed cases in the country to 570, the Ministry of Health and Prevention said in a statement.

The new cases include many nationalites, and are in stable condition and receiving medical treatment, it added. (UAE-COVID-19)

JERUSALEM -- Israel reported two new death cases from the novel coronavirus, bringing the death toll to 15, the Ministry of Health said Sunday.

The total confirmed cases in Israel reached 4,247, after 628 new cases were detected on Sunday. (Israel-COVID-19)

TEHRAN -- With the 2,901 new confirmed cases over the past 24 hours, the total number of infected people with the novel coronavirus in Iran reached 38,309 on Sunday, reported official IRNA news agency.

CAIRO -- The Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) on Sunday set new temporary limits for daily cash withdrawals and deposits for businesses and individuals as a precautionary effort to fight the spread of COVID-19.

In a statement, the CBE said the daily limit for deposits and cash withdrawals for individuals is 10,000 Egyptian pounds (636 U.S. dollars) and 50,000 pounds for companies. (Egypt-Coronavirus) Enditem
