SHANGHAI, May 20 (Xinhua) -- Crude oil futures closed lower Wednesday in daytime trading on the Shanghai International Energy Exchange.
The most active crude oil contract for July delivery was down 3.3 yuan (about 47 U.S. cents) to close at 268.6 yuan a barrel.
The total trading volume for 19 listed crude oil futures contracts on the exchange was 264,947 lots, with a turnover of about 72.19 billion yuan.
