Shanghai crude oil futures open lower

SHANGHAI, May 25 (Xinhua) -- Crude oil futures opened lower Monday in daytime trading on the Shanghai International Energy Exchange.

The most active crude oil contract for July delivery was down 3.2 yuan (about 45 U.S. cents) to open at 267.5 yuan a barrel.
