SHANGHAI, June 22 (Xinhua) -- Crude oil futures closed higher Monday in daytime trading on the Shanghai International Energy Exchange.
The most active crude oil contract for August delivery was up 0.8 yuan (about 11 U.S. cents) to close at 297.3 yuan a barrel.
The total trading volume for 15 listed crude oil futures contracts on the exchange was 256,558 lots, with a turnover of about 77.66 billion yuan.
