TEHRAN -- Iranian and Iraqi officials have discussed boosting cooperation on security issues, semi-official Fars news agency reported on Tuesday.

CAIRO -- Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi on Tuesday stressed that his country is committed to talks to reach a deal on the filling and operation of the Grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dam (GERD) on the Nile River.

TEHRAN -- Iran's Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) on Tuesday launched a large-scale military exercise in southern Iran, Tasnim news agency reported.
