DALIAN, China, July 31 (Xinhua) -- Shandong Luneng held Jiangsu Suning to a 0-0 draw in the Chinese Super League here on Friday, despite playing the final 20 minutes with 10 men.

Tamas Kadar, who joined Luneng in February and had only been on the pitch three minutes, received his marching orders after stepping on the ankle of Suning midfielder Wu Xi.

Suning's pleas for a penalty were ignored by the referee after Mubarak Wakaso's header was blocked by Zhang Chi's arm in the 38th minute.

In a lackluster encounter, both teams managed only one shot on goal between them throughout the match. Enditem
