SUZHOU, China, Aug. 1 (Xinhua) -- Beijing Guoan made it two wins from two in the Chinese Super league (CSL) on Saturday as the capital outfit beat Wuhan Zall 1-0 thanks to Jonathan Viera's goal.

Guoan's South Korean defender Kim Min-jae returned to action, while Cedric Bakambu partnered Alan Douglas up front with Viera behind them.

Guoan broke the deadlock just three minutes into the game as right-back Wang Gang burst down the flank and pulled back for Viera to volley home.

Guoan should have extended their lead in the sixth minute as Zhang Chenglin's wayward pass sparked a counter, but Bakambu's attempt hit the upright.

Bakambu did find the net in the 16th minute, but his effort was ruled out for offside.

Guoan dominated the first half while Zall took charge after the break, but Guoan held their nerve to take all three points. Enditem
