SHANGHAI, Aug. 10 (Xinhua) -- Crude oil futures closed higher Monday in daytime trading on the Shanghai International Energy Exchange.
The most active crude oil contract for September 2020 delivery was up 1.7 yuan (about 24 U.S. cents) to close at 284.3 yuan a barrel.
The total trading volume for 10 listed crude oil futures contracts on the exchange was 129,886 lots, with a turnover of about 37.4 billion yuan.
