SHANGHAI, Sept. 16 (Xinhua) -- Crude oil futures closed higher Wednesday in daytime trading on the Shanghai International Energy Exchange.
The most active crude oil contract for November 2020 delivery was up 9.6 yuan (about 1.42 U.S. dollars) to close at 270.6 yuan a barrel.
The total trading volume for 16 listed crude oil futures contracts on the exchange was 176,169 lots, with a turnover of about 47.69 billion yuan.
