BEIJING, Nov. 10 (Xinhua) -- The State Council, China's cabinet, announced the appointment and removal of officials Tuesday.

Lei Haichao was appointed deputy head of the National Health Commission.

Sun Yuning was appointed deputy head of the General Administration of Customs of China, replacing Li Guo.

Pan Yue was named director of the Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of the State Council, replacing Xu Yousheng. Enditem
