BEIJING, Nov. 15 (Xinhua) -- The China Public Relations Association (CPRA) on Sunday launched a contest to seek emblem designs representing the organization from young people all around the world.

The campaign, set to last until early March next year, came on the same day the CPRA presented the first of its lecture series in Beijing that cover contemporary, emerging topics in the field of public relations in the new era.

Guo Weimin, head of the CPRA, expressed his hope that the events will set off a wave of online and offline awareness of public relations and promote academic and scientific research in public relations.

Established in 1987, the CPRA, comprised of enterprises, institutions, social organizations and individuals in the field of public relations, is China's oldest national social organization in the public relations sector. Enditem
