SHANGHAI, Nov. 18 (Xinhua) -- Crude oil futures closed lower Wednesday in daytime trading on the Shanghai International Energy Exchange.
The most active crude oil contract for January 2021 delivery was down 2.2 yuan (about 34 U.S. cents) to close at 259.7 yuan a barrel.
The total trading volume for 11 listed crude oil futures contracts on the exchange was 179,997 lots, with a turnover of about 46.9 billion yuan.
