DALIAN, Feb. 23 (Xinhua) -- Iron ore futures opened lower Tuesday in daytime trading on the Dalian Commodity Exchange (DCE).

The most active iron ore contract for May 2021 delivery dipped 2 yuan (about 31 U.S. cents) to open at 1138.5 yuan per tonne.

As the world's largest importer of iron ore, China opened the DCE iron ore futures to international investors in May 2018. Enditem
