SHANGHAI, Feb. 23 (Xinhua) -- Crude oil futures opened higher Tuesday in daytime trading on the Shanghai International Energy Exchange.
The most active crude oil contract for April 2021 delivery was up 11.5 yuan (about 1.78 U.S. dollars) to open at 402.2 yuan a barrel.
