China's Yunnan reports 1 imported COVID-19 case

KUNMING, April 18 (Xinhua) -- China's Yunnan Province reported one imported COVID-19 case on Saturday, the provincial health commission said Sunday.

The confirmed patient is a Chinese national who entered the Chinese mainland from a land port on April 15. She was tested positive on April 16 and was then diagnosed as a confirmed case.

The province reported no locally transmitted cases on Saturday, according to the commission.

As of Saturday, 83 confirmed cases, including five imported ones, as well as 17 asymptomatic cases are receiving treatment or under medical observation in designated hospitals in the province. Enditem
