China's Yunnan reports 2 imported COVID-19 cases

KUNMING, April 19 (Xinhua) -- China's Yunnan Province reported two imported COVID-19 cases on Sunday, the provincial health commission said Monday.

The confirmed patients are Chinese nationals who entered the Chinese mainland from a land port on April 17. They tested positive on Sunday during quarantine and were sent to designated hospital for treatment.

The province reported no locally transmitted cases on Sunday, according to the commission.

As of Sunday, 80 confirmed cases, including six imported ones, as well as 15 asymptomatic cases were receiving treatment or under medical observation in designated hospitals in the province. Enditem
