SHANGHAI, Sept. 28 (Xinhua) -- Gold futures closed lower Tuesday in daytime trading on the Shanghai Futures Exchange.
The most active gold contract for December 2021 delivery was down 2.1 yuan (about 33 U.S. cents) to close at 364.22 yuan a gram.
The total trading volume for seven listed gold futures contracts on the exchange was 158,089 lots, with a turnover of about 58.01 billion yuan.
